  • Refresher Course on Microbes in integrated nutrients management held from 15-09-2000 to 12-10-2000 at Academy of Agricultural Research and Educational Management C.C.S.H.A.U., Hissar.

  • Refresher Course in Environmental Science organized during Feb. 26 to March, 23, 2001 under U.G.C. sponsored refresher course programme at Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi.

  • Technical Assistant in All India Coordinated project on "Management of Salt Affected Soil and Use of Saline Water in Agriculture and got Ist position in Selection list vide letter No. CSUH 5472-81 dated 20-08-1987 at C.A.S. Vog Agri & Ted. Kanpur, 1.4. 1987 – 21.2.1990.

  • Joined as Lecturer on 22.2.1990 at Department of Agricultural Chemistry & Soil science, R.B.S. College Agra (U.P.) and promoted to Reader in 22.02.1999.

  • Worked as ‘Incharge farms Bichpuri (About 350 Acre)’ since 1 July, 2007 to 27th January 2009.

  • Worked as coordinator of placement cell of the R.B.S. College, Agra and Bichpuri Campus and conducted several campus interviews for the student of B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Com. and B.Sc. Number of students were placed in different companies.


  • Organizer of one UGC Sponsored National Seminar on ‘Millennium Development Goals’, S.R.K. (P.G.) College, Firozabad, Feb. 2009.

  • Organizer of an International Conference on ‘Water, Environment, Energy and Society’, S.R.K. (P.G.) College, Firozabad, June 2009.
